The SPT model is designed to make you stronger, fitter, more resilient and injury-free.

This strength focused program is open to all levels and each training session is capped at 6 people ensuring you don’t get lost in the crowd.

The workouts change every month to avoid monotony and the experience includes community, working out alongside like-minded individuals who can become family.

Semi-Private Training is the most efficient and affordable way to reach any fitness goal because of my hands-on approach and accountability.
